These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and olx99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the olx99 platform accessible at https://olx99.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the olx99 platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the olx99 Platform. This minimum age requirement reflects the platform's commitment to responsible gaming and the protection of minors. olx99 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
2.2 Residency. The olx99 Platform is designed and operated primarily for adult residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform is consistent with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts — including those under guardianship or those adjudicated as lacking legal capacity — are ineligible to use the Platform.
2.4 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Important: olx99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of olx99 services, you must complete the Platform's online registration form, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful and accurate. olx99 may, at its discretion, reject any registration where information appears to be false, incomplete, or submitted in bad faith.
3.3 Account Credentials. Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for:
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any funds held within it to any third party.
3.5 Corporate Accounts. Accounts registered in the name of a legal entity, corporation, trust, or partnership are not permitted on the Platform.
4.1 Verification Triggers. olx99 may require identity verification at any point during your membership, including but not limited to: upon your first withdrawal request; when cumulative withdrawals exceed Rp 5.000.000 within any 30-day period; upon detection of unusual account activity; or at the Platform's discretion for security and compliance purposes.
4.2 Acceptable Documents. Standard KYC documentation accepted by olx99 includes:
4.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of the request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. Persistent non-compliance may result in permanent Account closure. olx99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from withdrawal delays attributable to a Member's failure to provide requested documentation.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. olx99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfer through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of individual payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although deposits above Rp 50.000.000 may trigger additional verification steps.
5.3 Deposit Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in any other currency will be refused or, if processed, converted to IDR at a rate determined by olx99 at the time of receipt, which may differ from the interbank exchange rate.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five minutes for amounts below Rp 10.000.000 via e-wallet, and within two hours for bank transfers, subject to the recipient bank's clearing schedules. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian national holidays or during periods of exceptionally high platform traffic.
5.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
5.6 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the olx99 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be refused without exception.
5.7 Pending Wagers. Funds that form part of an active, unsettled wager may not be withdrawn until the wager has been settled in accordance with the applicable game or sports-betting rules.
Note: olx99 does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transfer fees. olx99 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by olx99 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Welcome Bonus. New Members who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for the olx99 Welcome Bonus of up to Rp 2.000.000. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount within 30 days of crediting. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure:
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that remain unused or whose Wagering Requirement is not fulfilled within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Member's Balance without compensation.
6.5 olx99 Right to Modify. olx99 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not apply retroactively to Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the olx99 Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, Dragon Tiger, togel online (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sportsbook markets — is governed by its own set of rules. These rules are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before wagering.
7.2 Sportsbook Betting. All sportsbook wagers, including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures), badminton, MotoGP, Mobile Legends MPL, and other markets, are settled in accordance with the olx99 Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the additional rules governing accumulator settlement, including the treatment of void legs.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communications failure that renders the outcome of a round or wager indeterminate, olx99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Member's Balance. No further compensation will be payable.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by olx99 at any time without prior notice.
7.5 RNG Certification. All fixed-odds games on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the Member.
8.1 Commitment. olx99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all Members at no cost and without restriction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olx99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: olx99 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All large transactions are monitored. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering will be frozen immediately, and all relevant information will be disclosed to competent authorities as required by applicable international AML standards.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the olx99 Platform — including but not limited to the olx99 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of olx99 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. olx99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with this Agreement.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of olx99.
11.1 Platform Availability. olx99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond olx99's reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform availability. olx99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability.
11.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, olx99's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in the Member's Account at the time the relevant cause of action arose.
11.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall olx99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, howsoever arising.
11.4 Third-Party Services. olx99 is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), Game Providers, or telecommunications providers. Delays or failures attributable to these third parties are outside olx99's reasonable control.
olx99's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the olx99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
The Privacy Policy sets out, among other things: the categories of data olx99 collects; the legal bases for processing; the purposes for which data is used; your rights as a data subject; and the circumstances under which data may be disclosed to third parties.

13.1 Right to Amend. olx99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform homepage or, where practicable, by email to the registered address associated with your Account.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
13.3 Version History. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when this Agreement was most recently revised. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the olx99 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
14.2 Termination by olx99. olx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, olx99 reserves the right to retain the Member's Balance as liquidated damages where such retention is proportionate to the harm caused by the breach. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned where legally required and where no outstanding compliance obligations prevent their release.
15.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx99 holds its international operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions that would apply the laws of any other jurisdiction.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
15.3 Indonesia Market. While the olx99 Platform is designed for Indonesian players, Indonesian domestic courts do not have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with olx99. Indonesian consumer protection and contract law principles may inform, but do not exclusively govern, the interpretation of this Agreement.
